By accessing or using the asjili Platform in any manner — including browsing the website, downloading the mobile application, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game — you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement. Your continued use of the asjili Platform following any modification or update to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Agreement. We strongly recommend that you review this document periodically to remain informed of any changes.

If you are accessing the asjili Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that third party to these Terms and Conditions, and that by doing so you accept these Terms on their behalf.

To register and maintain an account on the asjili Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as defined under applicable PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, or other legal structures may not register as Players on the Platform.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

asjili reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to, a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS card, or PRC ID), proof of billing address, and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by asjili may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending compliance review.

Each eligible individual may register one (1) account on the asjili Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When completing the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information in your account profile and must update it promptly whenever any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your asjili account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords or authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where offered on the Platform.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including family members.
• Notify asjili customer support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

asjili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, unless you have notified us of a breach prior to the activity in question.

asjili supports a range of Philippine-peso denominated payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Bank Transfer, BDO Bank Transfer, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

By making a deposit on the asjili Platform, you confirm that:

• The funds you are depositing are lawfully yours and are not derived from any illegal activity.
• You are not using any payment method belonging to, or shared with, another person.
• The payment method used for deposits is the same method you intend to use for withdrawals, where technically applicable.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified within the Cashier section of your asjili account and may be adjusted at our discretion. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance review. asjili reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of deposited funds before processing any withdrawal.

asjili targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the Cashier section. However, processing times may be affected by factors outside our direct control, including banking schedules, e-wallet provider downtime, and compliance review requirements. asjili shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

General bonus terms applicable to all asjili promotions unless otherwise stated include:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Only one bonus may be active on a Player's account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• asjili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, circumvent, or exploit bonus terms — including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or arbitrage strategies — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Bonuses credited to your account that remain unused or where wagering requirements have not been met within the specified validity period will expire automatically and be removed from your balance.

Malfunctions void all pays and plays where system integrity cannot be verified.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the asjili Platform. Violation of any prohibition listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate legal or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or at any other time.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform, directly or indirectly, to launder funds derived from illegal activities or to obscure the origin of funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting in live dealer games.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers through multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or any strategy designed to convert bonus funds to real money without genuine gameplay intent.

asjili reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account without prior notice where asjili reasonably determines that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account has been used in connection with fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise unlawful activity.
• Identity verification requirements have not been satisfied within the required timeframe.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require the suspension or closure of the account.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period as specified in our dormant account policy.

You may request voluntary closure of your asjili account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining balance — subject to verification requirements and deduction of applicable fees — will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Balances associated with accounts closed for breach of these Terms may be forfeited.

asjili is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across its entire Platform. We recognize that while the vast majority of our players in the Philippines enjoy gaming as a form of entertainment, a minority may develop problematic gambling habits. asjili provides the following tools and resources to help all Players maintain control:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the asjili Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from asjili.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use any asjili trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without express written authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically collect data from the Platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorized use of asjili's intellectual property will be pursued to the full extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, asjili and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including without limitation:

• Loss of winnings or game outcomes affected by technical failures, connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, system upgrades, or third-party outages.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate or incomplete.

The asjili Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. In jurisdictions where limitation of liability for certain types of damages is not permitted, asjili's liability shall be limited to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with asjili informally by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. asjili will make reasonable efforts to resolve all complaints and disputes within a reasonable timeframe. If an informal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) calendar days of the initial complaint, either party may pursue formal legal remedies as provided herein.

asjili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending an email notification to the address associated with your account. The updated Terms and Conditions will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the asjili Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.
